Northcrest Care Centre is a bright and spacious care facility located within minutes of shopping, transit and medical specialists in beautiful Delta, BC. At Northcrest Care Centre we provide professional nursing care in a secure environment 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Our first priority at Northcrest Care Centre is the health, comfort and security of our residents. Northcrest Care Centre is fully wheel chair accessible with attractive furnished rooms equipped with ensuite bathrooms.

Daily services include housekeeping and linen service with meal service including three delicious meals and snacks throughout the day. Cablevision and telephone service is available in every room with
connections charges billed to the resident or family.

At Northcrest we understand a resident's right and need for privacy and show respect and understanding regarding personal and family affairs. Our residents are encouraged to socialize and pursue independent activities at their discretion.

Northcrest Care Centre has a very active recreation department that encourages our residents to participate in frequent group outings for bus trips, swimming, intergenerational programs, community events and celebrations. We encourage and support the independence of our residents with our social and exercise program in addition to our full calendar of activities and events for recreation and entertainment.

Northcrest is pleased to provide a comprehensive rehabilitation program directed by our onsite physiotherapist in one of our fully equipped rehabilitation treatment rooms.
