The Northcrest Care Centre mission statement reflects the
importance of 'serving' rather than simply performing tasks
and meeting needs. The community we serve extends not only
to our residents and their families but also to our staff,
volunteers, key partners, vendors and our community at

services with compassion and in a way that protects the
dignity of others.

We will succeed at innovation in geriatric care in British
Columbia and continuously improve key elements of our
operation. We will pioneer new services in our field and
our name will be known for embracing excellence and
stretching the boundaries. We will be a geriatric complex
care facility that is officially recognized as the Employer
of Choice within the field of geriatric care. We will
exemplify appreciation and celebration of individuals worth
and foster life-enhancing opportunities to our residents and
families. We will create a sense of belonging and celebrate
life... Northcrest Care Centre will come to mean "Welcome

Northcrest
